We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. You can return most items within 30 days of the invoice date for any reason. Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects for 3 years. You may choose between a credit, an exchange or a refund. Items such as Chimney Mounts, Ice Shields, BTS Platforms, Guy Cable, Bolt-On Bracing, Tie-Rod Bracing, Torque Arms, Camera Towers, Broadband Towers and Safety Climb Kits are Non-Returnable products.

Limitation of Liability
Valmont Site Pro 1's liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods. We shall not be liable for special or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of profits, or costs of substitute goods.
